Sue Ellen Steele, 70, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021 peacefully at her home. She was born on May 11, 1951 to Vera (Dunkle) Woodard and the late Albert F. Woodard.

In 1969, Sue graduated from Vinton County High School. She spent her life caring for her family and traveling in the RV to the various military bases her husband was stationed at. In retirement, Sue enjoyed puzzles.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Steele; children, Richard T. Steele Jr. And Nora (Henry) Steele-Krisha; her mother, Vera Woodard; siblings, Pat (John) McDaniel, Bob (Mary) Woodard, Paul (Mary) Woodard, Kay (Gary) Marshall, David Woodard, and Debbie Woodard; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her father, Sue was preceded in death by her brothers, Keith Scott Woodard, Tom Woodard, and Donnie Woodard.
