Susan P. (Fetchik) Forgacs, 69, of Wellington, passed away on January 26, 2023 after a short, unexpected illness. She was born August 27, 1953 and raised in Cleveland. After attending Kent State University she took her degree in education to Wellington, where she spent 30 years teaching at the elementary grades. She also went on to receive a Masters degree through Ashland University.

Susan was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She enjoyed nature, reading, music and mostly people; all kinds of people. She married Joseph in 1980 and together raised three sons, Daniel (Stephanie), Eric (Anita), and Samuel (Stephanie). They, in turn, blessed her with ten grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Phillip Fetchik. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Susan Fetchik and brother, Andrew Fetchik, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 29 from 2-6 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 512 N. Main Street.
