Ted McGinn (81) of Monroeville died Saturday, October 26, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born March 10, 1938 in New London to the late James and Oleva (Rahrig) McGinn.  Ted was a veteran of the US Marines and was a press operator at Tenneco as well as painted houses.  He was a member of the Norwalk Eagles and enjoyed spending time outdoors including hunting, trapping and fishing.  Ted was always quick to join a card game and would gamble on anything including going to casinos.

Ted is survived by his wife of almost 61 years Peggy (Dillingham) McGinn who he married November 15, 1958, 4 children: Thomas L. McGinn of Bellevue, Theresa A. McGinn of Monroeville, Lori J. (Craig) Sergeant of Monroeville and Steven D. (Kathy) McGinn of Norwalk, 7 grandchildren, 7, great grandchildren and sister Ruth Noftz of Clarksfield.  He was preceded in death by a son: Jeffery McGinn and brother: Jim McGinn.

Friends may call on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. in Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St Norwalk, Ohio.  A funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 11:00 am at funeral home.  Burial will be at the Riverside Cemetery, Monroeville.  Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to Heartland Hospice, 907 W.
