Teresa Dawn Hale, 52, of Greenwich, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021. She was born on April 29, 1969 to Anna Sue (Tackett) and the late James Hale in Willard, Ohio.

She was a member of the Shiloh Pentacostal Church of God in Greenwich, Ohio. She loved spending time with her family, especially her three granddaughters, and will be greatly missed.

Teresa is survived by her husband of 38 years, Melvin Hale; children, Jennifer Hale, Joshua Hale, and Keisha (Eric) Carsey; grandchildren, Jordana Hale, Rylee Carsey, and Kynlee Carsey; mother and stepfather Anna Sue and David Bolen; siblings, Darrel (Tammy) Hale and Steven (Jessica) Bolen; nieces and nephews, Michael, Kody, Greg, Connor, and Kennedy; Diana (Tom) Oney, Matthew "Sage" Hale, Rita (Bernie) Gayheart, and Paula (Leo) Brousseau.

In addition to her father, Teresa was preceded in death by her In-laws, Mary and Joe Hale; Rosemary Hale, Alan Hale, Rodney Hale, and Robert Hale.

Her family will receive guests at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main Street, Greenwich, Ohio 44837 on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Greenwich, Ohio.
