Terry E. Mansfield, Sr., 57, of Greenwich, Ohio, died on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo. Terry was born on December 16, 1966, in Mansfield, Ohio, the son of Mary (Poole) Gibson. He was a 1986 graduate of Plymouth High School and was employed as a welder at Black and Decker, in Willard.
A die-hard Browns fan and overall football enthusiast, Terry seldom missed a football game on TV. Terry had a great sense of humor, and he was always the life of the party, when you were around him. He enjoyed being outdoors; hunting, fishing and tending to his garden. He was a determined and hardworking man, setting a great example to his three sons. He loved riding his Harley and spending time with his family, especially his grandson, Greyson.
Terry is survived by his sons; Trevor (Katelynn) Mansfield of Lexington, Traven Mansfield of Shelby and Terry Mansfield, Jr. of Mansfield; grandson, Greyson Mansfield of Lexington; his mother, Mary Gibson of Greenwich; siblings, Mike (Debby) Mansfield of Shelby, Chris (Dawn) Mansfield of Willard; along with Tami Blair of Shelby, whom he was formally married to.
Visitation and Services will be held at the Faith Church, 1574 St Rt 96 E, Ashland, OH 44805; visitation will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 6-8 p.m. and again on Saturday, October 5, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Terry's funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Brian Amstutz officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenwich Greenlawn Cemetery, Townsend Street, Greenwich.
