Thomas "Duane" Boone, 74, of Greenwich, died of a sudden heart attack on December 25, 2020. Though originally from Alabama, Duane has lived in Ohio since the early 1960's. The son of the late Thomas Monroe and Edith (Isabell) Boone, born November 26, 1946.

Duane graduated from South Central High School in 1965. He worked most of his adult life at Central Plastics in Greenwich, and fully retired in 2004. He enjoyed race cars, hunting, and having coffee with friends.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Pamela Whitaker, also of Greenwich; his daughter Tricia Boone-Spears of Tucson, AZ, and son Mark Shane Boone of Norwalk; four grandchildren: Austin and Alivia Spears, Cory, and Caitlin Boone, and 2 great-grandsons.

He is preceded in death by his granddaughter Allayna Noel Spears, five brothers and one sister.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W.
