Thomas Howard Colley, 65, of Elyria, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Elyria Hospital. He was born in Elyria on April 8, 1955 to Shirley (nee Betts) and Charles Colley. He resided in Spencer and was a 1974 graduate of Black River High School. Thomas was an avid sports fan.

He is survived by his brothers, Robert (Ann) Colley and John (Susan) Colley, both of Wellington.
