Thomas Andrew Humphrey, 76, of Sullivan, died Monday, March 24, 2015. He was born on May 27, 1938 in Oberlin. Thomas graduated from Oberlin High School and lived much of his life in Oberlin. Thomas retired from the Village of Oberlin in the Power division. He moved to the Sullivan area and began farming and started a business selling meat and cheese to the Amish in the area. In recent years Tom enjoyed being able to sit back and relax. Thomas is survived by his grandchildren Jamie Humphrey and Hannah Stephens both of Sullivan; great-grandchildren Andrew and Jamie Jr. Humphrey; sisters Sandy, Carol and Patty. He was preceded in death by his daughter Marjorie Stephens his wife Ruby, and son Allan. Friends and family will gather on Saturday, March 28, from 9 until the time of services beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Pittsfield East Cemetery.
