Tim Moyers, 45, of Wellington died Monday, May 16, 2011 at Mercy Allen Hospital. Tim was born September 3, 1965 in Elyria to William Bruce and Cathleen (nee Moore) Moyers. Tim was a 1984 Wellington High School graduate. After graduation Tim attended Remington College earning a Medical Assistant certificate. He worked for Welcome House in North Olmstead. Tim was an avid sports fan, enjoying watching and playing all different kinds of sports. He was an assistant coach for 15 years with the Wellington Girls Softball team. Tim is survived by his wife Ruth (nee Collins) Moyers, step children Timothy Dammeyer, Thomas Dammeyer both of Wellington, and Emily Dammeyer of Hyde Park NY. He is also survived by his father William Bruce Moyers of Wellington, brother Bill (Sue) Moyers of Amherst and two nieces Lisa Hawk of Carlisle Twp, and Kim Foster of Amherst. Tim was preceded in death by his mother Cathleen. Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main, Wellington. Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday May 19 at the First Baptist Church in Wellington, 125 Grand Avenue. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Wellington.
