Norwalk, Ohio - Tod Arthur (Slawd) Williams, 22, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 in his home. He was computer savvy, and enjoyed spending his free time computer gaming with his friends. He is survived by his sister, Fawn Williams, by his maternal grandmother, Rosetta DeForest, by his father, Donald Williams, and by his nephew, Landyn Houghtlen.
