Treva Lucille Taylor, age 83, died Thursday, May 31 at Samaritan Care Center in Medina. Mrs. Taylor was born November 14, 1923 in Penfield, daughter of the late Joseph Elsworth and May (Hammler) Ray. She graduated from Brighton High School in 1942. Mrs. Taylor was very crafty and loved to sew and knit. She was a member of the Litchfield United Church of Christ and the Litchfield Ohio Eastern Star. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband of 61 years, Lawrence; 3 sons, Lonnie Taylor of Walter , Oklahoma , Larry Taylor of VanWert , Ohio and Lynn Taylor of Penfield; 6 grandchildren; and a sister, Ireta Homan of Elyria . She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Jackson. Friends may call on Saturday, June 2 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington.
