Trinity N. Polachek, age 10, of Greenwich, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at her home after a sudden illness. She was born June 3, 2000, in Norwalk. Trinity was a student at South Central School, Greenwich. She liked to swim, play soccer, fishing, hiking, enjoying the outdoors and watching wildlife. Trinity was very artistic, she enjoyed video games, reading and loved animals. Trinity was a very happy, loving girl. She is survived by her mother, Teril Haas, her father, Gary Polachek, Jr.; her brother, Cain Polachek; loving maternal grandparents, Deb Montgomery and Bill Haas; loving paternal grandparents, Gary and Esta Polachek, Sr.; paternal great grandmother, Violet Tackett; aunt, Andrea (Jason) Shirtzinger, 3 uncles, Scott Polachek, Joey Montgomery and Justin Haas and many other relatives and friends. Friends and family may call from 2'4 and 6'8 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Ripley Chapel, 4230 Old State Road, Willard where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Ralph Farmer officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Shiloh. Memorials if desired may be given to the family in care of Eastman Funeral Home.
