Veronica L. Myers, 75, of Norwalk, Ohio, died unexpectedly on May 24, 2022. She was born on September 13, 1946, in Ravenna, Ohio to the late William and Sebastiana (Favazzo) Anthony.

Affectionately known as "Grandma Dear", Veronica cherished time spent with her family and friends. She always had a love for animals and enjoyed traveling, reading, and trips to Amish country. Throughout her life Veronica worked for Huron County Metro Housing, Heidelberg & Colahan Dentistry and the former Robinson Memorial Hospital. In recent years, Veronica lived at the Carriage House in Norwalk where she made new friendships with both the residents and the wonderful staff.

Survivors include her daughter, Monica (Scott) Nickoli; siblings, Rosemary Jundzilo and Joseph (Terri) Anthony; grandchildren, Justin Nickoli, Lauren Nickoli, and Emily (Anthony) Dellisanti; great grandchildren, Alexis, Josephine, Deacon and Penelope; brothers in-law, Michael (Fran) Myers and Alan Myers, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Veronica was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Myers in 2004, with whom she was blessed with 27 loving years of marriage.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 10:30 am at St. Paul Catholic Church, 91 E. Main St., Norwalk, OH. Burial will follow in St. Paul Catholic Cemetery. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger funeral home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
