Eastman Funeral Home 419-929-3781 Vickie Lynn Gregory Shaffer, 51, of New London, passed away at her home on March 23, 2013. Born in Norwalk on September 14, 1961 and lived most of her life in New London and Clarksfield. Vickie attended New London Schools. She worked at Kent Sporting Goods in the 1990's, in early 2000's Vickie worked at McDonald's in New London and the past several years at Fair Publishing. She cherished being with her children, grandchildren and dog Freckles. She loved spending time in the kitchen preparing big meals for her family and friends. Vickie enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, music, gardening and the outdoors. Vickie will be missed by her loving children, Randy (fiancée, Christine Green) Hamilton of Wakeman, Amanda (Michael) Hamilton Snyder of New London, Jamie (Alex) Shaffer Draper of New London and Jody Ray Shaffer of Elyria; grandchildren, Kalie Kidd, Karman Kidd, Taleah Snyder and Jaylynn Snyder; mother, Victoria Gregory and siblings, Vanessa (Ben) Gibson, Jeff Gregory and Ernie Gregory all of Wakeman. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest "Tub" Gregory and brother, Jody Gregory. Visitation Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service at Deliverance Tabernacle Church, 4717 Prospect Rd., New London.
