Vickie L. Beatty

Vickie Lynn Beatty, age 66, of Norwalk, Ohio, entered into eternal rest on May 26, 2026, after enduring a long and difficult illness with strength and grace. She was born on May 10, 1960, in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Clifford and Sally (Reeves) Smith. Vickie graduated from Norwalk High School in 1978.

Vickie was a caring and compassionate woman whose strength, love, and unwavering spirit touched countless lives. She treasured her family, enjoyed life to its fullest, and approached each day with grace and resilience. Her sharp wit, lively personality, and thoughtful nature made every gathering brighter, and the love and laughter she shared will be remembered always.

Vickie was an integral part of the family business for many years, and a member of Norwalk St. Paul Catholic Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Mark Beatty of Norwalk; son, Daniel (Stephanie) Beatty of Norwalk; grandchildren, Mason, Logan, and Mia Beatty; sisters, Jodi (John) Brant of Norwalk, and Jackie (Rob) Fuller of Akron; as well as her nephews, and many close friends who were like family.

In addition to her parents, Clifford and Sally Smith, Vickie was preceded in death by her son Kurt Beatty in 2024.
