Victoria Eva Ference, 44, of Jeromesville died Monday, March 16, 2009 at her residence. She was born April 8, 1964 in Brookpark to Basil and Geneva Ference. Vicki moved to New London in 1973 and has lived in Jeromesville for over 20 years. She was a 1982 graduate of Mapleton High School. She worked for Tremco in Ashland for 10 years. Survivors include her daughter, Jordyn Ference of Jeromesville; father, Basil Ference of New London; 2 brothers, John (Kay) Ference of Cuyahoga Falls, and Dave (Sheila) Ference of Morrow; 1 sister, Karen (Joe) Clary of Ray. Vicki is also survived by her nieces and nephews; Caleb, Rachel, Nathan, Seth, and Nichole Ference of Cuyahoga Falls, Brittany and Justin Ference of Morrow, Vicky Lynn, Kaliegh, and Adrian Clary of Ray; her Uncle Whitey and family and Aunt Marj and family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Geneva 'Pat' Ference. Friends and family may be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 22 at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., New London with Pastor Mike Marette officiating. Burial will follow at the Grove Street Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made for funeral expenses and for Vicki's 7 year old daughter.
