Shiloh, Ohio - Victoria L. Weltlin, 58, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, following a lengthy illness in Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, by 3 sons, and 5 grandchildren. Friends may call on Saturday, April 16, 2016, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio.
