Virginia "Ginnie" B. Burt, 85, of New London died peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, January 26, 2020.  Ginnie was born December 23, 1934, in Milford, Michigan.  She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy Ruggles.  Ginnie is survived by her daughters and their families; Laurie Jones and Lynette Phillips.  There will be no services.  Condolences may be shared with the family at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
