New London, Ohio - Virginia M. Johnson 91, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 15, 2015, in the Laurels of New London. She was born to the late Jack and Clora Evans, in Carter County, KY. She was a chainsaw mechanic and a custodian. Virginia is survived by her children, Jeanene (Doug) Fetterman, Ed (Donna) Johnson, Pauline (David) Nelson, Jerl (Jack) Hargis, and LaVerne Hargis. She is also survived by her grandsons, Theo Stanfield, Dave Nelson, and Brad Nelson, by granddaughters, Jackie Hargis, Carla Dearth, Teresa Chandler, Randi Hall, and Rhonda Justice, by numerous great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews in Kentucky. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Willie Johnson in 1970, and by 6 brothers and sisters. Arrangements will be made by Walker Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. Virginia requested that there be no services.
