Vivian Wilson, 87, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away at her residence under hospice care on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Born on November 22 in 1934, she was the daughter of Paul and Helen Jewett. She was a graduate of Wellington High School and resided in Brighton before moving to Springfield.

Vivian attended Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee.  She was a homemaker, self-employed and church custodian.  As a member of First Baptist Church, Wellington, she was an Awanas Leader, Sunday school teacher and choir member. Her love for people inspired her to lead bible studies and mentor others in the ways of the Lord, planned events like family reunions, parades and parties in her party barn.  She loved interior design and flower gardening. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Criss Reep, (Jeff) of Springfield; sons, Ron Wilson, (Carol) of Cincinnati, Randal Wilson, (Lisa) of Kansas City, MO, Timothy Wilson, (Lisa) of Columbus and Carey Parker, (Cameron) of Cincinnati; 32 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, David Wilson; parents, Paul and Helen Jewett; sister, Elaine Lamb; brother, Allen Jewett and son, Russell Wilson.

Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 6-8 pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, Wellington, 44090. An additional visitation will be held on Thursday, July 14th from 9:30-10:30 am where services will begin at 10:30 am at the First Baptist Church of Wellington, 125 Grand Avenue, Wellington, 44090. Pastor Tom Alexander will officiate and burial will follow at Brighton Township Cemetery.
