Wanda Rook Tracy, 83, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 24. She was born in Nicholas County, West Virginia on March 18, 1935, a daughter of Forest and Audree (Russell) Frame. She is survived by her husband, Leo Tracy, of Wooster; sisters, Anna (Carl) McMillion, of West Virginia and Catherine Clark, of Ohio; brothers, Marshall (Gloria) Frame, of West Virginia and Ronald Frame, of Ohio; children, Jimmy (Leona) Smalley, of Wellington, Linda (Jim) Markley, of Ashland, Rick (Michelle) Smalley, of Ashland and Dorothy (Chris Bryan), of Sullivan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Forest and Audree Frame; husband, Jim Rook; son, Roger Dale Smalley; siblings, Mildred Beaver, Velda Harris, James Frame, Fred Frame and Burless Frame; sister-in-law, Nancy Frame and brother-in-law, Bud Harris. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 29 from 6-8 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington, with funeral services on Wednesday at 1pm.
