Wendy F. David, 63, of West Salem, died Monday, August 31, 2020, at University Hospital in Cleveland. Born on April 16, 1957, in Berea, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Dorothy (nee Leinweber) Lytle. Wendy grew up in Middleberg and was a 1975 graduate of Berea High School. In 1997 she moved with her family to Wellington, and just recently had moved to West Salem.
Wendy worked for nearly 20 years at the Wellington Schools, serving as a secretary at both McCormick and Westwood Schools. She enjoyed giving her time to help with many organizations. Wendy was an avid football fan. Most of all she cherished her family and time spent with them, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving husband of 44 years, Thomas David; children, Kendal (CJ) von Czoernig, of Jeromesville, Kelsey David, of Lakewood, and Kyler (Erin Caycee Dye) David; grandchildren, Rhyse, Zoey, and Teddy; and sisters, Paulette (Mike) Lucas, of Columbia Station, and Beverly (Ron) Stewart, of Milford, MI. In addition to her parents, Wendy was preceded in death by her sister Nancy Lytle.
