"Bill" Fishbaugh
March 25, 1948 – March 28, 2022
William D. "Bill" Fishbaugh, 74, of Greenwich, died Monday morning, March 28, 2022, at home. He was born on March 25, 1948, in New London, Ohio to the late Kenneth and Louetta (Beasore) Fishbaugh,and was a South Central High School graduate.
A dedicated and hard worker, Bill was his own millwright for Fishbaugh Construction Company, and a driver for Dutch Maid and the Mennonite community. He served his community as a firefighter for Tri-Community Joint Fire for 25 years and was a Trailblazer 4-H advisor.
Bill was passionate about horses and enjoyed the outdoors. He was known to always have candy in his pocket and enjoyed making children smile. He was always willing to lend a hand in the Mennonite community and loved English bulldogs.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 30 years, Patti (Rogers) Fishbaugh; children, Randy (Susie) Fishbaugh of New London, Brian Fishbaugh of Willard, Seth (Ashley) Fishbaugh of Greenwich, Chance (Deanna) Fishbaugh of Greenwich and Cody (Melonie) Fishbaugh of Vermilion; stepdaughter, Brooke (and her children); grandchildren, Coen, Ava, Brecklynn, Remi, Brynlee and Hardin (on the way, and expected due date in June); siblings, Janet Shipman, Lisa Sanders and Jon Fishbaugh all of Greenwich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant sister, Susan Fishbaugh.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at the Buckeye Community Center, 79 Noble Rd. E., Shiloh, Ohio 44878 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., where a funeral service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 beginning at 1 p.m. with Pastor Bob Hudberg officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwich Greenlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions if desired may be made directly to the family to help with expenses.
