William "Bill" Feliciano, 62, of Wellington, died on Monday, November 3, 2025, under the care of New Life Hospice. A son of Martin and Verdonna (nee Wolfe) Feliciano, Bill was born on August 28, 1963, in Berea. He was a 1982 graduate of Buckeye High School and grew up in Valley City.
For many years, Bill worked at Premier Truck Parts, and most recently he was the parts counter manager for H&H Truck Parts in Cleveland. A member of Rochester Baptist Church, faith was an integral part of Bill's life. He was a prayer warrior, always offering to pray with and for others and encouraging others in their faith. When not spending time volunteering with church, Bill could be found tending his lawn and landscaping.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Elizabeth "Beth" (nee Gallion) Feliciano; son, James Feliciano; parents, Martin and Verdonna Feliciano; Siblings, Martin "Marty" (Donna) Feliciano, Corinne (Brian) Chidsey, and Mike (Julie) Feliciano; his father and mother-in-law, Steve and Alice Gallion; brothers-in-law, Christopher (Deanna) Gallion and Timothy (Angel) Gallion; and sister-in-law, Amy Gardner.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, November 8, from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. funeral service at Rochester Baptist Church, 207 State Route 511, Rochester.
