Norwalk, Ohio -William L. Fish, 78, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, in Fisher Titus Medical Center, Norwalk, Ohio. He was born to the late Glenn D. and Rosemary A. (Brady) Fish, on August 22, 1939, in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from St. Paul Catholic High School, Norwalk, Ohio, served in the United States Army during Viet Nam, and graduated with an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from Dayton University. Bill was a lifelong area resident, member of St. Paul Catholic Church, and member of both the V.F.W. Post 2743, American Legion, Post 41, and Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 711, all of Norwalk, Ohio. He enjoyed riding his bicycle around Norwalk, family outings, visiting the library, learning new technology, trains, and reading his Bible. He is survived by his sisters, Barbara J (Gregory) Sheets, of Huron, Ohio, Mary L. Barber, and Jackie A. Newton, both of Norwalk, Ohio, by his nieces, Holly Barber, of Perrysburg, Ohio, and Colleen (Joe) Tennant, of Wadsworth, Ohio, and by his great nieces, Alaina Tennant, Abby Tennant, and Mylea Barber. Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn D. Fish, in 2014, and by his nephew, Norman E. Barber, in 2018. Friends may call on Friday, June 15, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St. Norwalk, Ohio 44857. Msgr. Kenneth Morman will officiate.
