Beverly Joan Bughman

Beverly Joan Bughman, 79, of Wellington died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at her home under the care of Hospice of the Western Reserve. Beverly was born on June 9, 1935 in Wellington to the late Arthur and Rose (nee Gardner) Richmond. She grew up in Penfield and graduated from Wellington High School in 1953, while in school she was in the Wellington Marching Band.

Beverly worked as a Teller and a Customer Service Representative for Elyria Savings and Trust and First Merit Bank. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Wellington and was active with the Friendship Guild at the Church. She was also a member of the Wellington Eagles Aerie #2051. Bev loved traveling and her hobby was collecting miniatures.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Edward; son, Mark Bughman of Wellington; daughter, Debra (Kerry) Kosa, of Chippewa Lake; grandchildren, Kristopher Kosa, of Wellington, Kerry-Ann Kosa, of New London and Steven Bughman, of Wellington; and great grandchildren, Katrina Kosa, of Welington, Kyler Kosa, of New London, Kaiden Bughman, Rylan Bughman and Braillon Bughman, all of Wellington. She was preceded in death by her son, Mitchell Bughman and sister, Jeanice Johnson.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 7 at 1 p.m. at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, 140 South Main St., Wellington. Donations in memory of Beverly can be given to the First United Congregational United Church of Christ Friendship Guild.
