Bruce F. Lunsford, 77, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2020 at Fireland’s Regional Medical Center in Sandusky. He was born on August 21, 1942 in Georgia to the late Lee and Lorraine (Gibson) Lunsford.
Bruce was a man of his word who was honest as the day is long. He was a perfectionist renowned by many for his ability to fix any car the right way taking no shortcuts. He had an uncanny reverence for life and never tried to cheat anyone.
Bruce had worked for Lockheed Martin and Ford. He served his country as part of the United States Air Force where he further honed his mechanical abilities as an electronic systems technician.
Survivors include his daughter, Cynthia Lunsford of Sandusky; grandchildren, Darrell, Deanna and Dajanae Kennedy; great grandchildren, Zaidyn Stokes and Dominic Kennedy; sister, Linda Hawkins and brothers, Mark and Gary Lunsford.
In addition to his parents, Bruce was preceded in death by his spouse Judith in 2019; infant daughter, Heather; great grandson, Kyair Babisak; brother, Ronnie Lunsford and sister, Barbara Davis.
