Carol Ann Christie

Carol Ann Christie 46, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 in Gaymont Nursing Center, Norwalk, Ohio. She was born on October 29, 1973 in Sandusky, Ohio. She lived most of her life in the Sandusky and Norwalk areas and attended Norwalk High School. Carol attended Calvary Temple Assembly of God in Sandusky, Ohio and was a homemaker. She enjoyed riding her bike, reading the Bible and spending time with her children and family. She is survived by her children, Emmitt E. Christie Jr. of Norwalk, Ohio, Savannah D. Rivas of Vickery, Ohio, Keiten A. Christie-Jones of Huron Ohio, Quentin J. Grimes and Josan C Grimes, both of Norwalk, Ohio, by her grandchildren Lily, Zachary, Skylynn, Abrielle, and Izabella. Carol is also survived by her siblings, Patty (Bruce) Whitcomb of Canton, Ohio, Alicia (James) Dendinger of Norwalk, Ohio and Leeanne Sigley of Norwalk, Ohio, and by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Susan A. And William C. Gant, and by her son, Zachary R. Christie in 1999, by her Aunt, Nellie Morris, by her Uncle, Robert Conrad, by her grandparents, Russell and Francis Conrad and by her cousins, Joshua and Obediah Schreck. There will be no visitation and no service. A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date. Memorials contributions may be made to Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W.
