Christopher K. Braden, 32, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 after a six year battle with brain cancer. He was born on February 25, 1989 to Anna M. (Braden) Mingus.
Christopher was a graduate of Edison High School and attended EHOVE Career Center. After high school, he served four years in the United States Marine Corp. Christopher worked for Whirlpool, American Baler, and Tauer Automotive. He enjoyed taking things apart and putting them back together, computers, and hanging out with friends.
In addition to his mother, Christopher is survived by his grandfather, Ronald Braden; step-father, Brian Mingus; sister, Dawn (Steven) Braden; best friend and “bro,” Mike Rafferty; nieces and nephew, Kaira, Destiny, Emma, Kaylee, and Gage; aunts and uncles, Mark (Reva) Braden, Curtis (Lorie) Braden, Ronald Braden Jr., and Valerie Tetrick; cousin Jeanie Tetrick (and her son, Harley Tetrick), and several other cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Penny Braden, Donna Runals, and Harold Runals; uncle, Darren J. Mingus; and cousin, Ryan Tetrick.
