Dale James DeLamater, II

Dale James DeLamater II, 70, of Norwalk, a good and faithful servant, went home to be with the Lord on February 19, 2020.  He was born on August 25, 1949 in Norwalk to the late Dale James I and Thelma (Kopel) DeLamater.  Dale graduated from Norwalk High School in 1967.

He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.  Dale enjoyed teaching Sunday school classes at his church, Calvary Baptist, tinkering in his garage, and big band music.  He was also a baseball coach to many in the area including his own boys.  Dale worked for Norwalk Furniture as an upholsterer for many years, until his retirement.

Survivors include his loving wife, Linda (Bowers) DeLamater; children, Dale James DeLamater III and Nathaniel (Victoria) DeLamater; grandchildren, Wyatt and Nolen James DeLamater. 

Dale was preceded in death by his parents.
