Daniel John Sherck, 30, of Willard, died on September 20, 2021, following a hard-fought battle with addiction.  He was born on September 24, 1990, in Norwalk to Greg and Shirley (Kline) Sherck and graduated from South Central High School.

Dan was a talented carpenter and hard worker who enjoyed cutting wood, hunting and fishing, playing guitar, wrestling, racing dirt bikes, camping, 4-H, vacations to Canada, and above all, spending time with his son Gage.

He is survived by his son, Gage Sherck; parents, Greg and Shirley Sherck; sisters, Linae (Bridger) Hill and Bree (Cody) Fidler; nephew, Zach; nieces, Scarlett and Evelyn; aunts and uncles, Mike Sherck, Bill Sherck, John (Eileen) Kline, Richard (Peg) Kline, Gary Kline, Dave (Mary Ann) Kline, Bob (Tammy) Kline, Billy (Deb) Kline, Carol Lofland and Sue (Jerry) Tuttle; numerous cousins, and his dog, "Hank".

Dan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Beatrice Kline and paternal grandparents, John and Nancy Sherck and Phyllis Sherck.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W.
