Dolores Rose Waag

Dolores Rose Waag, 86, of LaGrange, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. She was born on April 22, 1934 in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to LaGrange with her husband in 1978.

Dolores was an auxiliary member of American Legion, VFW and AMVETS. She truly enjoyed being a caretaker for her family and cherished time spent with them.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Charles Waag; children, Russell and Denise Greco, both of Cleveland; grandchildren, Marcus, Amanda, Veronica and Nikki; 12 great grandchildren; and step sister, Betty Hricko. She is preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Lech; daughter, Diane Galliher; step father, Wilton McCaleb, and step sisters, Mary Ann and Shirley.

Family and friends will be gathered on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 10 am at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street Wellington, where services will be held at 11 am. Burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Those attending will be asked to practice social distancing and to wear a mask.
