Donna Stewart

Donna Stewart, 89, of Norwalk, formerly of Wakeman, died Monday, November 18, 2019 at her home.    She was born February 5, 1930 in Elyria, Ohio, daughter of the late Frank and Minnie Mowatt.  Donna grew up in LaGrange and was a 1948 graduate of LaGrange High School.   When Donna got married she moved to Wakeman where she lived until moving to Norwalk 10 years ago.   Donna was a member of the Clarksfield United Methodist Church.  

She is survived by her children, Jerry (Kim) Stewart, Janet (Chuck) Martin, Dale (Karen) Stewart, Dean Stewart;   her grandchildren, Tim (Missy) Stewart, Adrianne Stewart, Andy (Joanne) Stewart, Alyson (Andy) Schroeder, Chuck (Megan) Martin, Jacob Stewart, Samantha Stewart, Shalyn Stewart; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild on the way.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Bob” Stewart in 1989, 2 infant children, 4 sisters, 1 brother and grandson in law, Jesse Stewart.

Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London.    Burial will follow at Wakeman Cemetery.  Memorial Contributions may be directed to Clarksfield Methodist Church, 5151 Zenobia Rd, Wakeman, OH 44889.  Online condolences may be made at:  www.eastmanfuneralhome.com
