Dorothy Gay Flowers

Dorothy Gay Flowers, 72, of Wellington died on February 14, 2021 unexpectedly at her residence. She was born on December 13, 1948 in Lewis County, West Virginia to the late Geraldine Virginia (nee Montgomery) and William Brook Hickle. She moved to Wellington in 1966.

Dorothy was a housekeeper at Rescare, formerly known as Weber’s since 1984. She was a member of Grafton Harvest Fellowship Church of the Nazarene. In her spare time, she enjoyed word searches, gardening, and most importantly, spending time with her family.

Left to treasure her memory is her children, Donna Flowers of Wellington, Paula Hembree of Lorain and Tracey Flowers of Wellington; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Wanona McLamara and Steve Hickle. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Flowers and siblings, Sarah King and Billy Hickle.
