Edward S. Gancos, 79, of New London died Monday, August 28, 2023, at the Laurels of New London. He was born July 8, 1944, in Orient, Pa to the late Mary (Koholic) and Joseph Gancos. Edward was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam War and worked at General Motors as a welder. He enjoyed fishing, spending time outside, scratch off lottery tickets. Edward lived a simple life and enjoyed it to the fullest.
Edward is survived by his 2 sons, Vince Gancos of New London and Edward J. (Stacey) Gancos of Ashtabula; 4 grandchildren, Nicholas, Lily Anne Sylvia, Eddie and Tyler along with several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
