Emogene Hunter Obituary
Emogene Hunter, 72, died May 6, 2019 at her home in New London. Born July 4, 1946 in Drift, KY, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Bertha (nee Henderson) Parsons.
Emogene spent her adult life as a resident of New London. She worked at Kent Sporting Goods and was a member of New London Church of Christ. Emogene had a love for all animals and especially her dogs. What she enjoyed most was spending time with her family.
Emogene is survived by her sisters, Irene (Howard) Williams of New London, Juanita Williams of KY, and her brother, Bernard Parsons of Perrysville. In addition to her parents, Emogene was preceded in death by her husband, Raffel Dean Hunter and brother in law, Emmit Williams.
There will be a memorial service on Friday, May 10, at 1:00 p.m. at the New London Church of Christ, 130 Third St., New London, OH. Condolences may be given at: www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
