Glenn Larry Struckoff, 77, of Nova, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, to the late Dorothy Elizabeth (nee Dye) and Glenn Milton Struckoff on April 16, 1945. Glenn moved to the Nova area in 1973.
Glenn worked for the Ford Motor Company in the paint department and retired after 31 years. He was a member of the Ashland Eagles and past president of the Nova Coon Hunters Club. He also enjoyed farming as well as gardening and canning with his friends in the neighborhood. Glenn also liked listening to country music, deer hunting and attending his children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Lou (nee Fuller) Struckoff; children, David Glenn Struckoff, of Nova, Debbie Wiley, of Kipton, Diane (Ralph) Lloyd, of Grafton, and Donna Calabrese, of Amherst; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and siblings, Bruce Struckoff, of PA, Lloyd Struckoff, of PA, , Sue (Ed) Hawkins, of Fl, and Eleanor (Roger) Pitts, of Vermilion. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Neil Struckoff; daughter, Cheryl Lynn Struckoff, twin brother, Galen Struckoff, and brother, Claude Struckoff.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 4-8 pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street, Wellington, where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am. Burial will follow at Ridge Hill Cemetery. Donations in Glenn’s memory may be directed to Life Care Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd, Wooster, 44691, or the Parkinson’s Foundation at parkinsons.org.
