Gwendolyn R. (Baum) Dunlap, 68, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2024, at Twilight Gardens Nursing Home in Norwalk. She was born on September 11, 1955, in Quincy, IL, to the late Ernest and Phyllis (Kroeger) DeHaven.
Gwen cherished time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She loved pets, horses, gardening and flowers and had worked as a unit secretary and construction secretary.
Survivors include her son, Stephen Dunlap of Fremont, OH; daughter, Dawn Linder of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Jadyn Dunlap, William Rapp Jr., Phillip Switzer, and Sara and Savanna Dunlap; siblings, David (Betty) DeHaven, Debbie (Isadore) Steffani, Kim DeHaven, and Sherry Baum; special family members, Karla Rapp, William Rapp Sr., and Lemuel Switzer; nieces and nephews, Izzy, Duffy, and Shay Steffani, Holli DeHaven, Sheila Baum; special friends, Jack Jr and Trudy DeHaven; and other family and extended relatives.
In addition to her birth parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jack DeHaven and brother, Danny.
