Jacob Robert Kluding

Jacob Robert Kluding, 27, left this earth in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 7, 2023.  

Jacob was born in Norwalk, OH on February 21, 1996. He was a 2014 graduate of Norwalk High School where his passions were Wrestling and Cross Country. After graduation, he moved to Sapulpa, Oklahoma where he began his career in concrete/bridge work. Jacob’s hobbies consisted of spending time with his beautiful children, car and bike shows, and fishing. Jacob met the love of his life, Abby Johnson in the fall of 2021.  

Jacob is survived by Abby, and their daughter, Angela Kate; son, Asher Kluding of Sapulpa, OK; father, Benjamin (Amanda) Kluding of Norwalk; mother, Stephanie (Daniel) McConnell; paternal grandfather, Robert Kluding of Monroeville; maternal grandfather, Charles Maines of Clyde; 4 step brothers, Noah McConnell, Levi McConnell, Grant McConnell, and Joshua McConnell, all of Sapulpa, OK; and numerous loving aunt, uncles, and cousins. Jacob was preceded in death by both of his grandmothers, Patricia Kluding and Sylvia Maines.  

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 4 pm to 7 pm at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857. A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 10 am at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 1322 Settlement Road, Norwalk, OH 44857. The burial will follow at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
