Jason Scott Moore, 22, of Norwalk succumbed to his addiction on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. He was born on August 8, 1997 in Norwalk, the son of Christopher Moore and Jacquie (Whitmer) Moore.
He was a 2016 graduate of New London High School. Jason was employed as a laborer at Borgers in Norwalk. Jason spent as much time as he could in the great outdoors, going hunting and fishing. He enjoyed his gun and knives collection.
Jason is survived by his loving family; mother, Jacquie (Whitmer) Moore of Norwalk; father and step mother, Christopher and Kimberly Moore of New London; brother, Nick Moore of Norwalk; sisters, Jordan (Anthony) Poltrone and Taylar Howell of New London; grandparents, Gene and Janet Whitmer of Norwalk and Denver and Jean Moore of New London, step grandmother, Gloria Biddinger of Norwalk; aunt, Jessica Whitmer of North Ridgeville; uncle, Mike Moore of New London; step aunt, Cassie (Gary) Hurst of Collins, and several cousins.
A private family service was held and a public memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations in Jason’s name may be directed to Em’s Angels, P.O. Box 334, Milan, OH 44846.
