Patricia Ann “Pat” Kimberly, 79, of Greenwich, died Friday, January 1, 2021at home. Born on March 18, 1941 in Findlay to the late John and Ethel (nee Foreman) Hartman. Patricia and her family moved to Greenwich in 1976.
Pat worked for RCA, Findlay Hardware, Fannie Farmer, Central Plastic, all before taking a job at Pepperidge Farm where she retired after 30 years. After retirement she and her husband enjoyed wintering in their Texas home. Pat was active showing paint horses with her husband and traveled all over the country to shows. She also enjoyed spending time in her garden, traveling, and shopping. Pat was an avid and vocal sports fan and liked watching Ohio State football but especially liked watching her son and grandson coach She also enjoyed auto racing. Pat was a proud mom and grandma and cherished time spent with her family.
Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years, James Kimberly; children Rick (Gayla) Stevenson, of St. Louis, Rod (Jeanilla) Stevenson, of Greenwich, Kevin (Connie) Kimberly, of Akron, Shane (Veronica) Kimberly, of North Fairfield; step-son, Mark (Michelle) Kimberly; grandchildren Jacqueline (Rich) Fields, Rebekah Williams, Ty (Kelsy) Stevenson, Taylor (Joe) Mulford, Morgan (Ross) Wheeler, Brent (Ellisha) Lemaster, Ashton (Jordan) Kimberly, Megan (Ryan) Panter, Brandon (Chrissy) Kimberly, Jared Kimberly, Peyton Carney, Tiana (Jarod) Lueck, Tiffani (Peyton) Parlett, and Chris Kimberly; 14 great-grandchildren; and a niece Nancy Oates. Pat was preceded in death by her step-sons Steve and Keith Kimberly; and siblings Thelma, Kate, Betty, Geneva, and Richard.
Friends and family will be received on Friday, January 8, from 10-11 a.m. at the Foundation Church, 535 US Route 20, Norwalk. A private service will follow.
