Ralph Mullins

Ralph Mullins, 75, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday morning, August 26, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family.  

Ralph was born on April 20, 1948, in McDowell, Kentucky, to the late Alberta (Carroll) and Frank Mullins. He graduated from Martin High School in Kentucky as a member of the 1967 class. Ralph moved to Norwalk in search of work. He retired from Janesville Products after a 37-year career. Ralph enjoyed bowling, darts, and watching sports. He particularly enjoyed football, baseball, and NASCAR. Ralph was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, New York Yankees, and Cincinnati Bengals.  

Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Barbara (James) Mullins, whom he married on December 29, 1973; children, Scott Mullins of Vermilion, Angela Mullins of Greenwich, and Chad Mullins of Norwalk; 3 grandchildren, Kelsey, Logan, and Maria; 2 great-grandchildren, Elijah, and Nyla; siblings, Ron (Liz) Mullins of Kentucky, and Billy Dean Carroll of Kentucky, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.  

In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his stepmother, Gladys Mullins, and siblings, Wanda Schnell, Ray Mullins, Vonda Waddle, and Roby “Dale” Mullins.  

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 10 am until the time of funeral services at 11 am at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857. Pastor Wally Gilbert will be presiding. The burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park in Huron.
