Ronald W. Dalton, 67, of Olena died on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at his home. Ronald was born on December 4, 1952 in Norwalk, the son of Beatrice (Manahan) Kooken and William Dalton. He was a lifelong resident of Olena.
Ronald was employed as a paramedic with North Central EMS. He was also well known for his drywall business. Ronald enjoyed woodworking, trains and fishing. When time allowed he enjoyed metal detecting. Ronald was well known for his ability to fix anything.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Audrey (Wolfe); children, Beatrice Dalton of Olena, Davina (Gerald) Sipes of New London, Bryce (Charlotta) Lucarelli of Wellington, Kimona (Jen) Carroll of Florence, OH, Shelby (Bill) Lane of Amherst and Jeremy (Ceara) Mitter of Amherst; sisters, Candace Dalton of Norwalk, Kathy Harlan of New London and Tamara Williams of Olena; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter; his companion dog, Liam Brody. Ronald was preceded in death by his mother Beatrice Kooken, father William Dalton, step-father Ray Kooken, and special uncle, Hurbert Manahan.
