Rudolph “Rudy” Alan Love, 71, of Norwalk, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2020. Born on March 20, 1949 to the late Helen Mary (Smith) and Daniel D. Love, he was lifetime resident of Norwalk.
Rudy graduated in 1967 from Norwalk High School, and attended Ohio Business College. He served his country in Germany for a couple of years as part of the United States Army. Rudy had worked for Faulhaber Company for 30 years. He also worked at Liberty Tax, IPC, Lear, and Visteon. Rudy loved sports. He especially enjoyed bowling on Friday nights at Kenilee Lanes and the 25 years he spent coaching baseball with Lefty Grove baseball league. Rudy enjoyed watching a variety of television shows, spending time with his family, and being a proud grandpa. Rudy lived a great life.
Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Kathy Love, of Norwalk, Ohio; daughters, Victoria Love and Heather Love, of Norwalk, Ohio; grandchildren, Hunter J. Love, Macy B. Love, and Parker A. Love, of Norwalk, Ohio; and brother, Randolph “Randy” (Margery) Love of Columbia, South Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen Mary (Smith) and Daniel D. Love.
