Scott Brant, 49, of Wellington died on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. He was born on August 21, 1971 in Lodi and spent most of his life in Wellington.

Scott was employed at ODOT for many years. He enjoyed riding down the open road on his motorcycle and was proud of his tattoos. Scott enjoyed riding with his buddy, Larry Lane. Most of all, he enjoyed the time spent with his children and being a loving papa to his grandchildren. He will be remembered by those who knew him as always willing to lend a helping hand.

Scott is survived by his wife, Nicole (nee DeSanto) Brant; children, Tyee of Oberlin and Cheyenne of Wellington; grandchildren, Violet, Iris and Greyson; parents, Judy and Mark Sheldon; siblings, Lori Gilles (Bob), Tracy Brant (Larry), Jared Sheldon (Ellie) and sister-in-law Lisa Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gregory Brant.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 11-1 pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street, Wellington. Service will be available for webcast at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com. Social distancing guidelines will be followed and all attending are required to wear masks.
